You may encounter the following messages if you subscribe to STARZ through your Google account:<ul><li>First, A Quick Piece of Business</li><li>Error: You&#39;re already subscribed to STARZ subscription</li><li>Purchase Incomplete User Canceled (response: -1005: User canceled)</li></ul>&nbsp; &nbsp;To fix this, try the following:<ul><li>When the app opens, and you are presented with the first message of &quot;First, A Quick Piece of Business,&quot; select &#39;Cancel&#39; and then log out of the app (choose the three stacked lines in the top left, select &#39;Settings,&#39; then &#39;Log Out)</li><li>Reboot the device</li><li>Attempt to log in again</li></ul>If the error persists, please contact our Customer Care team.

Some issues with the STARZ app on Android devices can be resolved by clearing the app cache. Follow the steps below to clear the app cache on an Android device:<ul><li>Open &#39;Settings&#39;</li><li>Navigate to and select &#39;Apps&#39; or &#39;Applications&#39;</li><li>Select &#39;STARZ&#39;</li><li>Now choose &#39;Storage&#39;</li><li>&#39;Clear Data&#39; and then &#39;Clear Cache&#39;</li><li>Reboot the device and try the STARZ app again</li></ul>

I am having problems with STARZ on my Android TV device

You may encounter a &quot;Playback error&quot; when you try to watch STARZ on an Android device. We recommend trying the following things:<ul><li>Force Close the STARZ app on your device.</li><li>Clear the cache in the STARZ app.</li><li>Attempt to use a different network if possible:<ul><li>Turn off Wi-Fi and attempt to watch on cell service.</li><li>Try another Wi-Fi network.</li></ul></li></ul>

I get a "Video Playback Error" when watching STARZ on an Android device

<h3>Storage Android Phones:</h3>You will need to have storage space on your Android device to be able to download content from STARZ. You can check your storage space in:<ul><li>Settings &gt; Storage</li><li>Settings &gt; Device Care on Samsung</li></ul>You may see advice on freeing space when you check your storage. You can also use an SD card with Android phones for increased storage capacity.
