You may encounter a "Playback error" when you try to watch STARZ on an Android device. We recommend trying the following things:
- Force Close the STARZ app on your device.
- Clear the cache in the STARZ app.
- Attempt to use a different network if possible:
- Turn off Wi-Fi and attempt to watch on cell service.
- Try another Wi-Fi network.
