"First, a quick piece of business" message for Google users

You may encounter the following messages if you subscribe to STARZ through your Google account:

  • First, A Quick Piece of Business
  • Error: You're already subscribed to STARZ subscription
  • Purchase Incomplete User Canceled (response: -1005: User canceled)

   To fix this, try the following:

  • When the app opens, and you are presented with the first message of "First, A Quick Piece of Business," select 'Cancel' and then log out of the app (choose the three stacked lines in the top left, select 'Settings,' then 'Log Out)
  • Reboot the device
  • Attempt to log in again
