Playback error on a device connected to your TV

If you receive a playback error when using STARZ through a device connected to your TV, such as an Apple TV, Roku, Xbox, Fire TV, Fire TV Stick, or Chromecast, then try the following:

  • Log out of the STARZ app.
  • Reboot your internet router.
  • Reboot the device connected to your TV.
  • Launch the STARZ app.
  • Attempt to play a title.
