The STARZ app has a minimum requirement of 2 Mbps of download speed to stream (buffering might occur), although we recommend 6 Mbps download speed for a good viewing experience.
Run a speed test on the device you are using STARZ on, or a device connected to the same network if you are using a device connected to your TV, to determine if you meet the requirements.
To run a speed test:
- Go to Google.com
- Search 'speed test'
- Click the "Run Speed Test" or "Start" button to begin the test
- Check that your results meet the above requirements
