Clearing cache on your browser

Many problems that arise when watching STARZ on www.STARZ.com can be resolved by clearing the browser cache. Here are the steps to clear out your cache:

Chrome

  1. Open Chrome
  2. On the browser toolbar, click the three stacked dots in the top right corner
  3. Point to ‘More tools’
  4. Then click ‘Clear browsing data'
  5. In the ‘Clear browsing data' box, click the checkboxes for ‘Cookies and other site and plug-in data’ and ‘Cached images and files'
  6. Use the menu at the top to select the amount of data to delete
  7. Choose 'Beginning of time’ to delete everything
  8. Click ‘Clear browsing data’


Edge

  1. Click on the 3-lined ‘Hub’ button in the top right corner
  2. Click on the clock-shaped ‘History’ button
  3. Click on ‘Clear History’
  4. Then on ‘Show more’
  5. Select the following
    • ‘Browsing history’
    • ‘Cookies and saved website data’
    • ‘Cached data and files’
    • ‘Media licenses’
  6. Click on the ‘Clear button.

 

Firefox

  1. Click the menu button   from the upper right-hand side
  2. Select ‘Options’
  3. On the left side of the page, select ‘Privacy and Security’
  4. Under ‘Cached Web Content’
  5. Select ‘Clear Now’

 

Safari

  1. Click ‘Safari’ on the upper left-hand side
  2. In the menu that appears, click ‘Preferences’
  3. In the window that appears, click the ‘Privacy’ tab
  4. Click the button ‘Remove All Website Data’
  5. Click ‘Remove Now’ in the pop-up window that appears
