Please check your network connections and try again later.&quot; This error can appear when using the STARZ app on a Roku device if there is a connection issue.These are the troubleshooting steps we recommend:<ul><li>Please verify that your Roku is correctly connected to a network and not going through a VPN or Proxy</li><li>Force close the STARZ app<ul><li>From the Roku Home Screen, navigate to the STARZ app</li><li>Then press the star * button on the remote</li><li>This will open a new menu</li><li>Select &#39;close&#39;<ul><li>Note this option will not display if you subscribed to STARZ through your Roku</li></ul></li><li>Reopen the STARZ app</li></ul></li><li>Unplug the Roku for 2 minutes and try it again</li><li>After the STARZ app is closed or when the Roku is unplugged, reboot your router&nbsp;</li></ul>If you still encounter problems after trying the above steps, please contact our Customer Care team by clicking on the link below.&nbsp;

Message “The Service is Unreachable. Please check your network connections and try again later." on Roku

If you experience problems playing STARZ on your Roku, we recommend you check the following:<ul><li>Verify that your Roku device has an internet connection speed of at least 2 Mbps.</li><li>Check the wireless signal strength of your Roku by going to Settings &gt; Network.</li><li>To restart your Roku device disconnect the power cord from your device for three seconds. If you have the Roku Streaming Stick, unplug it from your TV or receiver, and then unplug the power cord. Check for, and install any available software updates.</li><li>Remove the STARZ app from My Channel, press the star(*) button, and choose Remove Channel.
