Suppose you subscribe to STARZ through a cable or satellite provider. In that case, you may encounter these messages if your provider does not provide access to all of STARZ's streaming library or if you are only subscribed to select channels through your provider.
STARZ divides its content into three brands: STARZ, STARZ ENCORE, and Movieplex. Depending on your subscription through your cable and satellite provider or their agreement with STARZ, you might only have access to one or two of these channels, and the rest are marked with a lock icon and a message.
If you want access to all content through your cable/satellite provider, we recommend you contact your provider and discuss the options for including the content you are missing.
