If you subscribed to STARZ through Samsung, there are three ways to cancel your STARZ subscription:
From a Samsung Smart TV:
- Sign in using your Samsung account.
- Go to Settings > General > System Manager > Samsung Account
- Select Payment Info.
- Select Purchase History.
- Move the focus to STARZ.
- Press the right button and select Unsubscribe.
*If you cannot find the Payment Info menu after signing in, update your TV through Menu > Support > Software Update.
From a Computer:
- Go to https://samsungcheckout.com and log in
- Select Purchase History.
- Select Subscriptions.
- Find the STARZ subscription and select Unsubscribe.
And finally, you can reach out to Samsung Support directly from that webpage for assistance canceling the subscription.
When you cancel your subscription, you will still have access to STARZ until the end of that billing cycle.
