How do I set up parental controls on a STARZ account from a mobile device?

You may want to set up a PIN on your STARZ account for parental controls to ensure young children cannot watch content unsuitable for them. Please note that changing the pin number is impossible once you set up a PIN. 

Follow the steps below to set up parental controls on a STARZ account:

From the app on a mobile device

1. Log in to the STARZ app

2. Tap the More button in the bottom right of the screen 

3. Tap Settings

4. Tap Account Management

5. The browser on the mobile device will open. Under Profile Settings, click on the red bar below the Parental Controls

6. There will be a prompt to create a PIN for parental controls

7. Enter a PIN and click Create Pin.

8. Click on the profile and then click on the ratings that are allowed for each profile for Movies and Series 

Forgot Pin

1. Go to starz.com 
2. Log into your account
3. Click on the gear in the top right corner
4. Click on Parental Controls
5. Change your parental settings (to anything)
6. Click Update
7. You will see a prompt to enter your pin and a link on the bottom that says, Forgot Pin
8. Click Forgot Pin
9. STARZ will email you your pin
