If your subscription is through STARZ directly, then you can change your credit card or switch to PayPal at any time by following the steps below:
Log in to STARZ, select the profile icon in the upper right corner, and select "Settings"
Under "My Subscription", click "Edit:"
Select your preferred payment method of credit card or PayPal
Enter the new payment details and click "Update:"
