Follow these steps to cancel a STARZ subscription started on www.starz.com.
From a computer (recommended)
- Head over to STARZ.com and select log in from the top of the screen.
- Select the user icon in the upper-right, and choose Settings as shown below:
- Under Billing Plan & Information, select Cancel Subscription (on the right).
- Then, follow the steps on the screen to complete the cancellation and select Submit.
From a mobile device
- Open the STARZ app and log in.
- Select More at the bottom-right, and choose Settings.
- Then Account Management.
- Under My Subscription, select Cancel Subscription (this will open the browser on the mobile device to complete cancellation):
- Follow the steps on the screen to complete the cancellation and select Submit (Note: you may be prompted to tell us why you want to cancel your subscription during the process.)
When you cancel your subscription, you will still have access to STARZ until the end of that billing cycle.
You will receive an email confirmation when the subscription has been canceled.
